PROMOTIONAL TESTING Master Quoc L. Tran attended Grandmaster Dr. Juan Otero Jr. school "Center for Karate & Family Fitness" black belt promotional testing on March 09, 2008. Three black belt students Mr. Tito Medellin, Ms. Annette Youngblood, and Ms. Deborah Adams was tested and promoted to Nidan "2nd Degree Black Belt" in Okinawan Karate (Goshin-Ryu / Goju-Ryu styles).
